Former Employee, more than than 3 years
Pros
Many staff are actually friendly.
Cons
Very poorly managed. superficial understanding of instruction. Failing in enrollment and takes desperate actions to attract students. Pays more to marketing staff who DO NOT BRING IN Whatever new students then they do to teachers that have been there 15 years.

Pros
Nice students and pocket-sized classes, along with a dedicated only dwindling group of colleagues. Teachers there piece of work hard and honey their students.
Cons
The admin was unreliable in near every manner however unrelenting in its demands. Nosotros were not allowed to make important decisions most our classroom teaching because all such decisions had to come from the elevation and the top never spoke to united states. We were not allowed to event grades or to write our ain exams and sometimes were not provided with whatsoever means to assess students at all. There were fifty-fifty times when volatile classrooms were left unattended due to lack of organisation and advice from the admin. Students were also at times unaccounted for during the day and at that place was no official support for the students with special needs. With all that said so much more unsaid I want information technology to exist noted that the teachers banded together to creatively fill the gaps left past the admin whenever possible.

Current Employee, more than 1 year
Pros
The diversity of students. Very supportive staff. Astonishing teachers. Seriously, what other schools offers courses in differential equations and multivariable calculus? The feeling of being part of a community dedicated to students. Small classes. Not bad food. An amazing pre-1000 plan. An amazing AP program. Great benefits including wellness care, dental and vision. Plenty of prep time. I have worked in public schools for 25 years. There is no comparison.
Cons
In my experience at ISM, none.

Pros
Slap-up kids! Motivated teachers who worked hard to ensure success.
Cons
Inexperienced leadership. SABIS didn't care about teachers at all. Information technology was all almost the bottom line for them.

Business Outlook
Pros
Students are keen and the immediate school staff is very friendly
Cons
SABIS doesn't take the time to mind to teachers or staff about needs or changes. There is a lot of modify that needs to happen to plough the school around, but it's not going to happen until SABIS actually decides to heed and exercise something.

Pros
ISM is a great identify for immature teachers to gain feel for their resume, merely they should avert getting stuck in this poor educational system (corporation).
Cons
Where the focus should exist on creating the best and most constructive educational opportunities for students, Sabis' main concern is that of fiscal benefits. Problems are pushed bated instead of existence resolved.
